Personal Training (or Private Lessons) provide one-on-one attention for those who want to accelerate their learning & get results quickly.
Personal Training sessions are tailored to suit the individual, whether you’re a complete beginner or a trained martial artist with years of experience.
Our 60-min Personal Training sessions are structured according to what you want to get out of your training, so you can decide what areas to focus on, as well as personalise and design your own training.
Another alternative is semi-private Personal Training where you can bring a group of friends to train with (2 to 6 people per group).
