Martial Fitness

The A.I.M. Academy provides fitness, strength and conditioning training specific to martial arts:

  • Functional Fitness or Functional Strength Training
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Circuit Training
  • Plyometrics
  • Isometrics

Our Martial Fitness classes incorporate the above methods to achieve martial arts specific strength and conditioning.

Martial Fitness classes are great for fitness, losing weight, and toning up!

Martial Fitness training also complements Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Reality-Based Self-Defence (RBSD) by providing the fuel required to outlast your opponent or get out of that sticky situation on the street.

Whether you want to be fit enough to sprint for a train that you’re running late for, have the strength to carry all those heavy shopping bags, or become as fit as an elite athlete, we’ll help you work towards your fitness goals!
