Kickboxing and Muay Thai (also known as Thai Boxing or Thai Kickboxing) are combat sports that are great for fun & fitness, strength & conditioning, building stamina and endurance, and cardio workouts, but also create a strong foundation for self-defence.

Our Kickboxing / Muay Thai classes combine the best of Western Kickboxing, a dynamic combat sport incorporating boxing and kicking skills, and Muay Thai, a traditional martial art & combat sport originating in Thailand that utilises the hands, feet, elbows & knees to form one of the most feared empty-hand arts in the world.

At the A.I.M. Academy, you will:

  • Learn correct technique
  • Develop your reflexes, coordination and defensive skills
  • Improve your footwork, angling and distancing

Train in our Kickboxing / Muay Thai classes for fun, fitness & weight loss, or work your way up to competition level to test your skills!
